This online workshop will explore the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. The practice of contemplating the four foundations:
Mindfulness of Body
Mindfulness of Feelings
Mindfulness of Mind
Mindfulness of Phenomena (recommended for people at every stage of the meditative path)
This workshop will include: access to a private Facebook group where teachings will be discussed, exclusive articles on the subject, and four live videos (via Zoom) which will be available to watch later as well.
