I started doing yoga to help with my back.
As I went to more and more classes, I realized there was more to this class than just a stretch or work out. So, I opened myself up to going to different classes (not just crunch gym). I found that to truly get a full stretch, I have to release my mind.
In this picture here, I have my toes up in my silks. To me this is where I can get good blood flow, fall into complete relaxation and breathe the best.

The Tattooed Buddha was founded by Buddhist author Ty Phillips and Dana Gornall. What started out as a showcase for Ty's writing, quickly turned into collaboration with creative writer, Dana Gornall and the home for sharing the voices of friends and colleagues in the writing community. The Tattooed Buddha strives to be a noncompetitive, open space for the author’s authentic voice.
